Can I keep using the WhatsApp Business app on my phone with Admin Canggih?

Yes. The same store WhatsApp number works in Admin Canggih and in the WhatsApp Business app on the phone at the same time. When you connect WhatsApp in the Canggih.AI dashboard, choose to keep the phone app. When an admin replies from the phone, Admin Canggih pauses in that chat, so there are no double answers.
